My guess is it's a place for other confused people to blunder around in. So far all I've read seems like high school drivel but then I haven't explored all the groups. Seems like a very time consuming proposition. Kinda disappointing Huh?

Ah! Well the two of you just met! sorta...lol I have not figured this one out yet myself and I have posted here for awhile!!

I believe it is for people who want to discuss online dating issues; and there are many of them. Sometimes we talk about the positives, sometimes the negatives. It is nice to come here and be able to "air" your views. Traditional dating sites really don't offer this casual chatting. There are a variety of groups. If you want to chat about something more intense, a hobby, religion....the list is quite extensive.

Both! I come here to chat, sometimes argue:),but if I happen to meet someone in the process that is fine. I did't join with the intention of meeting someone to date on TBD. There are other sites specifically for that. Just fun to have a site where you can be anonymous and state your views on the oppostie sex, and the trials of relationships online and offline.

The site is only disappointing if you don't understand why it...and you, are here. TBD is full of forums for discussion, ranging from depression to a writer's group. I have enjoyed the few months I've been here, HS drivel and all. I met some wonderful people, and I'm not using it as a dating site. I've expressed some feelings, experiences, that I would have kept to myself otherwise. And in doing that, I've received some good feedback and help in some cases. Explore for awhile, check out subjects that actually interest you. I think you will find your disappointment level begin to change. Good luck...happy chatting! The site is what you make it. Mostly it is informative, and enjoyable. :) But thats my take on it.
