A movie that isn't quite sure what it wants to be--an action and adventure flick, a cautionary tale, you name it.
As a result I'm not sure if the finished product was the result of bad writing, bad directing, or bad editing. It is probably a combination of all of the aforementioned.
Not even Nick Cage is enough the pull this one off. Hence the off-season release date. My HR (humble recommendation): Wait for the DVD.
I had to try to save some of my fellow TBD-ers from the same fate I experienced at the end of this movie. There was literally a collective 'ugh' at the end. In a nutshell, you'll leave disappointed and unsatisfied.
